Halmann Vella organised a training seminar at The Marriott Hotel in Balluta to all its sales and front office team. The seminar was aimed at providing the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. The training was conducted by four main speakers, including the CCO, a motivational speaker, a health and safety expert, and a communication specialist, along with a word from the Company’s HR. The training session proved to be an enriching experience for the sales team, enabling them with the expertise to excel in their roles so that they can give the clients a delightful purchasing experience.

Effective training for the sales team is critical to ensure that they can perform their roles efficiently. The training session, which had four main speakers, was highly beneficial for the team. The COO provided insights into how the sales input fits into the business operation, helping the team understand their place in the company’s overall strategy. Catherine Chetcuti from HR emphasised the company’s commitment to employee development and growth by highlighting the importance of staff training, which is an essential aspect of ensuring the employees’ overall well-being.

Steve Mercieca, the motivational speaker, stressed the importance of maintaining a positive mindset to attract good outcomes, while Michael Spiteri’s talk focused on the need for salespeople to prioritise health and safety. Mikela Fenech Pace’s presentation was centred around the idea that the sales team is the first contact of the company, making it essential for them to have excellent communication skills and display appropriate body language.
