Halmann Vella was entrusted with the cladding works of the façade at Sterling Head Quarters. The splays in the Travertine cladded walls create a light and shade effect which complements well the architecture of the building and its surroundings. Façade works entail precision and attention to detail to define accurately an Architect’s vision and a client’s wish. An aluminium structure was designed according to an as-built survey. Infrustructure Malta re-built Għeriexem Road with a new belvedere overlooking the valley. Parts of the road where in danger of collapsing due to weak foundations and decades of subsidence. New belvedere with wide footpaths and benches, improving pedestrian access, with a cantilevered structure to minimise environment impact on the valley. Halmann Vella supplied and installed a mix of natural stone, mainly hardstone.
Located on St. Barbara Bastion in Valletta, the Iniala Harbour House is in a league of its own when it comes to luxury finishes. We were proud to bring the design of Forth Business Centre in Ta’ Xbiex to life, under the guidance of Paul Scerri. With 6 floors of office space to work with, we were able to use many different materials including Travertine Silver Brown and Nero Assoluto for the cladding, as well as a mix of Silver Grey Granite and Breccia Antica for the reception area.
Archi+ are widely known for delivering outstanding projects – and their office in Lija is exactly one of them! We supplied the architectural terrazzo needed to make the studio’s vision come to life. With almost 300 sqm of space Archi+ moved from Iklin to larger premises in Mosta Road, Lija. We supplied architectural terrazzo slabs for flooring and reception area. The calming aura of the Deep Nature Spa at the Phoenicia was brought about by utilising gold and brass accents across the spa and by mimicking the colours of the tranquil water in the green and blue glass mosaic tiles in the showering area.
