We were proud to bring the design of Forth Business Centre in Ta’ Xbiex to life, under the guidance of Paul Scerri. With 6 floors of office space to work with, we were able to use many different materials including Travertine Silver Brown and Nero Assoluto for the cladding, as well as a mix of Silver Grey Granite and Breccia Antica for the reception area.
Archi+ are widely known for delivering outstanding projects – and their office in Lija is exactly one of them! We supplied the architectural terrazzo needed to make the studio’s vision come to life. The calming aura of the Deep Nature Spa at the Phoenicia was brought about by utilising gold and brass accents across the spa and by mimicking the colours of the tranquil water in the green and blue glass mosaic tiles in the showering area. Finishing a project up to the highest standards and on time is not the easiest task in the midst of a pandemic. But the Halmann Vella team worked around the clock to finish a total area of 200sqm of flooring for Baystreet Shopping Complex. A relaxing stay from the very beginning. That’s the feel Carlo Schembri wanted to give to the reception at Be.Hotel Malta. 68 square meters of parquet tiles in Gardenia Orchidea complement the wooden backdrop, creating a well-defined space in conjunction with the white soffit ceiling. 360 square meters of Arisostea 1.2×0.6m white tiles make for a soft, embracing atmosphere, and are also featured in corridors, lift lobbies and bathrooms for an all-rounded hotel experience.
A well deserved new look for Eden Cinemas in St. Julian’s. Lead Designer Sean Cassar at The Design Hub entrusted us with providing brushed columns in Pietra Lavica, as well as the flooring and the stairs, giving the place a dynamic and modern look. We love the contrast between colours and materials!
