Archi+ are widely known for delivering outstanding projects – and their office in Lija is exactly one of them! We supplied the architectural terrazzo needed to make the studio’s vision come to life. With almost 300 sqm of space Archi+ moved from Iklin to larger premises in Mosta Road, Lija. We supplied architectural terrazzo slabs for flooring and reception area. The E-Pantar building project has been a very exciting project for us. Nothing beats shaping a building from scratch, with all the possibilities to create something so beautiful. Layout flexibility was one of our top priorities when designing this building, hence the use of raised flooring in most operational areas. Once the layout was finalised, it was time to embellish the space, choosing a mix of beautiful natural stone such as Carrara marble and travertine as well as ceramic for the interior and white and black precast terrazzo panels for the façade….to form a beautiful whole.

Patterned tiles are usually associated with traditional design. However, in this residential project which blends traditional and contemporary, the use of patterned tiles, adds a clean, crisp and modern feel to the common areas of this townhouse. Using light hues of blues and green, the patterned tiles further connect the interior of the house, with the external area, transforming an otherwise plain space into a colourful welcome to the rest of this beautiful home.

Halmann Vella was the main contractor in charge of the refurbishment of eCABS offices in St Julian’s. Works carried out included the removal of all existing finishes, structural alterations and the fabrication and installation of all Terrazzo cladding and flooring. All this work together with the management and coordination of all subcontractors was carried out in a very tight schedule of 3 weeks, whilst respecting and satisfying the elaborate design and drawings instructed by Architect, Sandro Valentino.
